RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of shipping or delivery with proof of purchase. Please note that custom-made items, installed items, interior doors, or special orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Other exclusions may apply.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and the purchase amount will be refunded, exchanged, or credited. All taxes paid will be reimbursed according to applicable laws. Online purchases can be returned for free to our distribution centers, or for a price equal to shipping costs, by mail, or through our delivery service. Except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage, delivery fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to reject exchanges or returns for products that have been damaged or misused by the customer and are not in like-new condition.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders and interior doors are designed to your specifications and go into production as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, the purchase of the item(s) cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or reimbursed. When you submit your order, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged. You may see an authorization or pending charge for the outstanding balance on your credit or debit card. The remaining balance will be charged to your card after your order ships. CANCELLATIONS
No delivery cost will be assessed for any purchases that are cancelled before the items are sent. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required when placing an order for special order items. Your 50% payment will not be returned if you decide to cancel your custom order item(s) before delivery. No cancellations will be accepted after delivery.
