Humble Nature provides complete white-glove furniture delivery service for an unlimited number of furniture products applicable to each order with the same shipping address. A flat rate will be charged based on the delivery area.

FURNITURE DELIVERY PROCEDURES
The Humble Nature team will contact you once your item(s) are ready to plan delivery. Please provide the Humble Nature team with any specific delivery requirements or limitations (e.g. narrow roads or driveway, gated entry access, stairs or elevator reservations, condominium building with proof of insurance, or others).
To ensure successful delivery, please carefully consult the product dimensions on the product page to ensure the item(s) will fit properly into your space. Please confirm that all item(s) will fit through access areas such as doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators.
On the day of delivery, the Humble Nature white-glove delivery services, for applicable FURNITURE DELIVERY, include delivery inside your home in the room of your choice. Our team will carefully unpack, assemble, and remove the packaging of the item(s). Please note that lighting and other specific items cannot be installed. We ask you to carefully inspect the item(s) and sign the delivery before delivery professionals leave your home (authorized adult, 18 years and older).
For security reasons, please clear the space and access for delivery. The delivery team is not permitted to move other furniture, accessories, or electrical equipment other than the item(s) that are being delivered. In the case of any defect or damage to the item(s) during delivery, please contact us to resolve the issue.
SPECIAL ITEMS DELIVERY
Some items such as heavy, fragile, or large items and specific orders may incur oversized charges. Please contact us for delivery rates if that’s the case. The rate surcharge will be communicated to you on specific needs.
Oversized orders delivery includes orders of 5 regular items and more and certain items such as Les Ensembliers Daybed, Exocet (if the order is more than 2 chairs), custom lighting collection.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Humble Nature products such as some lighting pieces, cushions, raincover, care products, and smaller furniture products will be shipped through standard carrier delivery. Items shipped via product delivery arrive in 7 to 10 business days. For any rush or specific shipping inquiries, please contact the Humble Nature team.

PICK UP AT LOCATION
Orders can be picked up for free in-store or at a distribution centre. We will notify you through email as soon as your item is available for pickup. To pick up your order, you must have a photo ID and a copy of your confirmation email.
Make sure your pickup vehicle is large enough to transfer your order and its original packing safely. If your vehicle is not the right size when you arrive and original packaging should be removed, we will ask you to sign a form accepting the item "as is" and waiving your right to cancel your order, which we will deem void.
We kindly request that you pick up your order as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you know that you won't be able to pick up your order for a few days.
FAR AWAY FURNTITURE DELIVERY
It will be a pleasure to assist you with the delivery of Humble Nature if your shipping address is outside of the indicated areas, states, or provinces. Please contact us to know more about rates and conditions.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We deliver and ship only in Canada and United State (excluding U.S” Territories, U.S Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Guam). If you are an international customers, items can be delivered to the freight forwarder of your choice within Canada or United State. Delivery rates by areas will apply.
CURRENCIES
The items prices are indicated in CAD or USD depending on your choice. Please make sure you choose the right currency depending on your shipping country at checkout.
